The grape is swart, the hurricane dusky and tendrilled, subtly
prehensile.

D.H. Laurence?! Thank you Dominique!
we need some candles in our hurricanes …
True, Frizz, thank you.
Lovely. What is the medium?
Thank you, Bongo. It’s wax. This is a detail of a hurricane candle I made as part of my MARWAX project [handcrafted candles].
Beautiful combination of colors, with the green and purple. The grapes – well, they are the star of the photo! Very lovely.
Oh, thank you for your kind words!
When I saw this title, i had this vision of softly rendered watercolor grapes, and then I saw this!
Such a minimal take to grapes. Love it!
Hm, maybe I should bring your vision to life…[!] Thank you, Katie!
Please do!
I know you could do a most beautiful art work with the grapes. Love this one too. Take care, Marina.
You too, Katie! Thank you for your motivating words!
