Diseños que reflejan vuestra sensibilidad y feminidad. Felicidades!!
Thank you very much!!
🙂
Just curious, do you sell some of your work similar to this on ebay with your personalize signature? May be a good idea, just saying. 🙂
Thank you! 🙂
I do sell prints of my work at Imagekind, but not ebay.
Maybe something to think about!
🙂
Wow, loved the colors, Marina. 🙂
I’m so glad to hera it, Nandini!
🙂
Have a great week!
Powerfully sensitive as all of your art Marina – the line dances on the stage of passion and nature as we all wish to do instead of sitting in the audience…
…exactly like your art!
Thank you, John. It means a lot coming from you.
🙂
Wow, this is so beautiful!
I’m very glad you like it, Wilson, thank you!
Read the warp and weft in a plastic construction, as in a frame where the red cloth, the hope is sublimated by the paintings, even dom, but living daily life, nourishes and gives a lot of hope for the future. a hope that is the triumph of color and sense of artistry.
But here’s the miracle: Qyello with a frame, but the expression vineyards, transposed on a sheet of paper with the colri oil.
Magnificent.
The correspondence with the infinite “color”, within the marked presence of the infinite feeling.
Modern, progressive and unique.
A delight in a few strokes, reaches the eyes to satisfy the mind.
You’re really good in your expressions of poetry … painted!
Very nice.
A hug and …. Friendliness

Σας εύχομαι μια ήσυχη νύχτα.

Ninni Raimondi
Dear Ninni,
I am once again honored and even more so from the mere fact of your location right now!
Thank you so much and please please keep safe!
I also wish you a quiet night and days to follow…
May peace prevail.
Thank you kindly,
Marina
Beautiful! Seems like a three dimensional collage!
RED is always an eye catcher – though I like the blue of the Greek flag – and following interior designs …
🙂
Beautiful post Marina , I love it 🙂
Thank you Jake, I’m glad you like it!
🙂
I am really impressed with what you can achieve with only a few strokes of the brushes. The design is gorgeous and makes me feel connected to earth.
Thank you, Otto for your wonderful compliment!
Means a lot coming from a person with a photographic expression like yours!
🙂
Beautiful, Marina. I like the colours you used in this one.
groetjes, Francina
Thank you Francina!!!
Groetjes & 🙂 !!!

I love these abstract paintings more than anything else of yours Marina. The shades you’ve chosen here are just lovely and the curves to that line (or face or whatever it is meant to be!) are just perfect. Another great piece! 🙂
Ah, thank you Ken. 🙂
Yes, it’s a face. This was a painting from my first solo exhibition, back in 1999 and the theme was “characters” [faces or portraits].
Well it’s wonderful. I wasn’t sure if ‘character’ was an abstract idea rather than an actual face. That exhibition must have been wonderful to see. I wish I’d been there. Art is always best seen face to face, as it were.
You’re right… I often wonder how they come out on the screen. I feel much of the texture and depth of color is missing. When I do another one I will surely let you know Ken!
🙂
🙂
As I tell Mobius Terry all the time, shades of rust are my favorites. However, here is it the green frame and the zen-like ribbon that bring those shades to the forefront. 🙂
I know! I call him the Master of Rust. His work is amazing!
I’m happy you like this, Frank!
🙂
He does capture it well!
…exceptionally well!
… and I’ll be at his site soon to see the latest.
A little different from your usual but I love the simple design.
BE ENCOURAGED! BE BLESSED!
Thank you dear Francine!
🙂
a joy just visually following that line in its clarity and meanderings
What a beautiful thing to say, thank you Laura.
🙂
Very Zen. And impressive.
Thank you very much!
🙂
Oooh! Haven’t seen a character in a long time! I really like this one! It’s a celebration of line! 🙂
So glad you think so Charlie! That line is happier now!
🙂
Reblogged this on filmcamera999 and commented:
lov ethe simplicity on this!
Thank you very much for the reblog… greatly appreciated!
🙂
Looking at this image, I immediately saw the profile of Popeye the Sailor Man without his pipe and a can of spinach! Such a wonderfully bold portrait. I love the colors. Well done, Marina! 🙂
Oh I’m glad I’m not the only one who saw someone popeye-like Fergiemoto!
…childhood habits leave marks, don’t they?!
lol! Indeed they do! 🙂
I don’t know about the spinach …there is a hint of green there! 😆
Thank you FM, I’m glad you like it!
🙂
It’ s a bit bitter and stimulating…..
I think you’re right! Thank you, Dominique!
🙂
I’m used to get, year after year (or sometime twice) a new Moleskine (black, of course)…
but I would be tented by your “journal” offer!
Simply wonderful, my congratulations Marina 😀
claudine
That’s so nice of you, Claudine, thank you very much for your kind words!
🙂
This is brilliant Marina. I love how you used the colors to set a bold structured reality – a framing for life. And I love the curves of the line for your “character” which contrasts with presumptive constraint of the background. And especially I love how the line goes outside the structure – life cannot be constrained/restrained no matter how people may try to shape that life – life is free to do what it wills. Thanks for this beautiful image.
…exactly [on life]! Thank YOU Terry for this insightful comment.
It is greatly appreciated my friend.
🙂

Mariana, you are so talented. You can take the most simple designs and make them all look fantastic on products….You’re very gifted. 🙂
I love this design too. 🙂
Thank you, Deb, I’m flattered and very happy to hear that!!!
🙂
Marina, I love this! It’s so strong and bold, but soft and feminine. Great red/green combo and I love the line weight of the character with the boldness of the brushstrokes. You obviously have innate talent! It’s magnificent! ~xoxo! Patricia
Ah, thank you soooooooo much Patricia!!! 😳 🙂 🙂 🙂
That line was made by a beautiful chunky charcoal stick [I’m in love with them!]
many many xxxx and big 😀 !
Love the deep tones of green and red!
Thank you Arnel! I was wondering if the depth of the color is visible… Oil colors are wonderful but hard to capture when photographed.
you are on to something here that approaches the east in sensibilty where real is abstract and abstract is real.
…is real! I’m very glad you think so! Thank you!
Amazing versatility! Amazing!
Thank you very much, Arindam for your compliment!
there is something special about this red
David in Maine USA
…my favorite red [and colour]! Thank you, David!
I like this! I was digging around in your blog this am. I interpret it as freedom and confinement.
Thank you Jennifer and thanks for digging around! “Freedom and confinement” were definitely on my mind when doing this!
I?m impressed, I need to say. Really not often do I encounter a weblog that?s both educative and entertaining, and let me tell you, you might have hit the nail on the head. Your thought is outstanding; the difficulty is something that not enough individuals are talking intelligently about. I am very glad that I stumbled across this in my search for something referring to this.
