A true and naked honestly realm of the self – this takes courage to just BE – something I learnt in Vipassana awhile ago. The series here has a rebirth of the immense manifestations — incredible colours, vibrant thoughts, loose ends that are at times against all odds — each composition has a life breathing to me – I more than love it ! Yes, I am familiar with chakras as been doing yoga and meditation for some time now — also I have been practicing the energy of jemal, jelal, zaval — these are extended sufic pratice for breathing through rectangular breaths – ah, shall just write to you later about it!
