You’ve created a beautiful tree filled with the welcome of spring.
Leaves will sprout and birds will nest.
Soon,we’ll feel the arrival of Mother Natures colors. ~~~ : – )
What a wonderful interpretation …and I can see those birds! Thank you, my dear Isadora! 🙂 Soon, yes.
Beautiful, delicate, radiant, vibrant, alive– a reflection of its creator, no doubt… : )
It also looks suspiciously like me when I’ve shampooed my hair, and walked off without combing it. Hmm. Probably just a coincidence… : )
All these things?!!!! 😳
However, I do like that second hypothesis! 🙂
Have a beautiful day & night, my friend!
Elegant emerald is what comes to mind, Marina, just lovely…♥
That’s so nice, Lauren! Thank you, my dear – hugs and xx 🙂
Marina, this reminds me about the “tree of life” – have you heard about it …that is to be find in every culture has more or less. I just was an exhibitionist about in here in Landskrona. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tree_of_life – that God let the tree grow so high that he could use it like a ladder to climb done to earth to visit us .. and we could visit him. Fantastic story.
Ah, yes, I am aware of this and all the stories behind ‘the tree’. Partly why I’ve chosen it for a theme. The tree symbolizes so many things. It’s amazing… I’m very happy you like it! 🙂 xx
Such a pretty watercolor, dear friend!
Ah, thank you, my dear Christy! I’m so glad you like it! 🙂

Emerald is one of my favorite colors! Good job!
I love that color too! Thank you, Jess! 🙂
Emerald tree painted by a diamond that has left the rough behind.
On another note, when’s the house warming party? Hope you’re new house is big enough to hold all your followers 🙂
😳 My house is big enough, my friend – if I survive the compliments that is!!! Thank you so much! 🙂
Super flowing shapes; I love it!
Ah, thank you, Meanderer!! 🙂
I love the way you so skillfully mix colours Marina! The emerald tree is particularly beautiful! 🙂
Ah, thank you, Madhu! I’m so glad you like it! 🙂
I love how you have created such depth with the watercolors without muddying them. Beautiful work…and of course my favorite subject….
I know – I remember! Thank you, my dear Jennifer!! 🙂
Your Emerald Tree is really beautiful and graceful, Marina. I love the colors. You have such a lovely talent!
Oh, thank you, Debra for your lovely words! I’m flattered! 🙂
Another beauty tree Marina…works upside down too, with the branches as roots and the base as the canopy…
🙂 You are right – it does! Thank you, my friend! 🙂
Lovely tree…lovely art…just love this Marina..:-)..have a great weekend
Ah, thank you so much! And you too, Sriram, have a beautiful weekend!! 🙂
So lovely, Marina. Those restful greens are gorgeous. 🙂 Happy weekend to you. xx
Hi Sylvia! Thank you so much!
You too have a joyful weekend!!! 🙂 xxxx
Lovely Marina, I am looking forward so much to when we will see those emerald buds back upon our trees in Spring.. Enjoy your weekend 🙂 Sue xox
Ah, me too, Sue, although our weather here is acting strangely this winter. We’ve had a warm month and many plants reacted like it was spring. I just hope we don’t get extreme cold or snow because it will damage them.
You too, my dear! 🙂 xxxx

SHE HAS THE ARTISTIC TOUCH! WATERCOLOR IS NOT EASY!
Excellent stem structure!!! The Plant Morphologist within me applauds your smooth and steady hand!!!! (Mine always did shake a little.) Man, these are GOOD!!!! 🙂
Awww, thank you so much, Jonathan and please extend my thanks to the Plant Morphologist as well!!! 😉
Have a great weekend!
The Plant Morphologist…within me…says “Thanks!” The former painter within me says: “ORT-ORT-ORT” (Sounds an awful lot like the Poet, doesn’t he?) 🙂
Sounds brilliant actually!!! 🙂 Excellent poetic response!
🙂
I’ve missed your talent Marina!
Ah…. no more, my friend – I’m back! 🙂
Have a beautiful weekend, Jim!
Love your art – always super!
And I thank you for your kind support – always! 🙂
All those beautiful green shades of arms reaching up into the sky – has wonderful depth. Missed your lovely art, have a good weekend!
I’m so happy you like the ‘arms reaching up into the sky’, my dear Mary. Thank you for your beautiful comment and you too enjoy a wonderful weekend! 🙂
Marina, this is beautiful! Very rich layering of the greens. I’m happy to see you back!! 🙂 ~xoxo
Patricia, I’m so happy you like it! Thank you, my friend and I’m glad to see you!! 🙂 xxxx
Love this. It reminds me of a photo I have that I titled “Branches Reaching The Sky”. Your art work is excellent.
BE ENCOURAGED! BE BLESSED!
Oh, Francine, this is exactly what they are – ‘reaching the sky’!!! Thank you so much, my dear. I remember it: http://francineinretirement.wordpress.com/2013/03/07/bare-reach/ It was an amazing photo and poem! 🙂
Love the fact that what seemingly starts as a tree turns out to be more house plant like. The greens are dark, but soft! Well done my friend … well done.
Ah, thank you, Frank! It’s probably a subconscious game of my mind due to the move! My poor plants had a hard time during the transition… 🙂
Unsure how ours will do … if we’re lucky, they will be a one-day transition.
Speak to them – they will appreciate it, believe me! 🙂
But the timing has to be right … so we still don’t know if the perfect scenario will occur.
Very impressive artwork.
Thank you very much, Joseph!
Love the colors. Earth tones my fav. >KB
Hi KB! I’m glad you like it!! 🙂
