Whew!! (mops brow) I’m sorry it took me so long to get here, my dear Marina. I’m drenched to the bone! I’m shivering with delight! I have a fish in every pocket, and seaweed in my socks!!
After much rumination, what happened seems clear: your amazing work is so powerful, it stirred up the forces of nature far beyond the originating canvas. The emotional content of your work is so strong, it disrupts both three-dimensional space, and cyberspace!!
Just getting to your blog was a monumental task. Being your #1 fan, of course, I was highly motivated and bravely risked all!! No, no, don’t thank me, it’s nothing really, all in a day’s work, you know… : )
Another wonderful composition, and I plan to contemplate it as I eat my supper tonight. I think I’ll be having seafood… : )
I thought i saw you with an octopus on the head, but I never would have imagined it would be a painting’s side effect! In the future I shall try to control my paintbrushes [you know how mischievous they can get!]! 🙂
For you, I have created a special pedestal with protective glass, so you can be preserved as a rare [extinct] specimen of nobility, integrity, generosity and kindness [all inclusive] character.

Well done, nice paintings Marina. You know, you could have alot of inspiration here in Britain..we see more grey skies and heavy rain than actual sunshine. We do have some beautiful sunsets though 🙂

A marvelous work of art Mariana, one that stirs the grey emotions of winter, now upon us. The beauty of this tormenting imagery is most assuredly in keeping with your consistent exceptional creations.
Coincidentally, I have just today completed a new piece on the subject of limbo, which I am about to post on my Poetry on a Canapé site. It will also appear in my new, and eleventh book of poems, soon to be published.
I found this new and beautiful painting of yours, made me feel the cold of winter in my bones, and expressed for me at least, so well the emotions that prompted the like cold winter phycological feelings experienced by the person that inspired my poem. Consequently I would like to first to share it with you first…
“ The Dark of Limbo ”
~ begs a morrow ~
I reach for her
Tho well I know
‘Tis but a shadow
I shall find,
I call her name
And hear awash
Its echoed sound
Implying limbo’s tide
Has carried it beyond…
In shades abutting dark
I barely see her face,
As I endure await
An end to limbo’s fate,
Thus beg that morrow
Finds her an escape,
Where she may reach
The end of sorrow,
Beyond the dark of limbo!
