  1. To beautiful mugs arrived in my mail today. From tomorow morning on, I will have “marina-ted” coffee 🙂

    • Oh, thank you so much! I had no idea. Unfortunately at S6 I can’t see who has purchased. I see you picked two different moods, so which one will it be for Friday morning? 😉
Seriously though, thank you, my friend! 🙂

  2. Wow, wow, wow!! That has to be the most stunning display of holiday color since I wore my red and green tuxedo to the Illustrators Ball. I remember the sharp collective gasp as I entered the room. Then the fire alarm went off. I suppose the fir tree headdress with 50 flaming candles was a mistake. Should have gone with, oh, maybe 40 candles… : )

Delightful, my dear Marina! You exceed yourself, and that takes some doing when you’re a denizen of Mt. O. The colors are truly fabulous, and I see the painting as an allegory: the fir trees, representing the True Meaning of Christmas, running unscathed thru the gauntlet of rank commercialism. Yes, indeed– pure genius. It fills me with the warmth of the season. Reminds me of the time I sat on the yule log after they lit it… : (

    • Any photos from that Ball?!!!!
Ouch! My dear Mark, I was right to be placing you on that pedestal – glass protected! You have made even fire your fan!
Your words make me feel light and …flying – happily trotting [yes, one can indeed fly and trot at the same time] over the clouds. I hope I have my anchor with me, or whoosh! 😉
Thank you, my kind and very dear friend.

  3. Very Festive in colour Marina.. And love the little row of trees … I hope you have had an enjoyable week.. and restful weekend… Sending you love and Blessings to see you through the week to come.. And hope lost take up your discount offers.. Hugs to you xxx Sue

  4. What a beautiful greeting for the merry month of December! I would love to chose the colour white as I love the snow 🙂

And a lovely lovely December for you dear Marina with plenty of cheer and happiness 🙂

  5. Happy December to you, too, Marina! What a beautiful painting for the month that embraces my favorite holiday, Christmas.
Of course many other special holidays are celebrated as well, and your painting is perfect for all.
I’m commenting from my Art Gown” blog. It is the first one I have done in 8 months, so it’s very exciting over here.
For sure I won’t be eating turkey on the big day. I will eat many veggies, and the special dressing that my family makes for me, which is not baked inside the bird.
I wish everyone could find the joy that I have found in NOT EATING ANIMALS!
Love and hugs to you! _Resa

    • Oh, I know exactly how you feel. I get the same during our Easter holidays with the lambs… Torture!
Great to see you from your beautiful Art Gown blog!
Have a wonderful month, my dear Resa – wonderful in everything! 🙂
      love and hugs back! xxxx
