As an added bonus it occurs within a couple of hours of a new moon!

  1. Hi Marina , the first impression l had when l saw your new post ,in,the the clouds are sending colorful Rain on the round window, splendid design specially the little heart on the left side.Happy new year.Jalal

  2. Another gorgeous painting Marina – wow, the deep richness of the moon and wonderful light. Your vision for art shows us that your creativity is always on and at levels that many of us can only dream of achieving. Love this beautiful piece.

  3. Gosh! I’ve heard that expression “howling at the moon,” but this is the first time I’ve ever done it! This beauteous work seems to be having some primordial effect on me. Why are my face and hands getting all hairy?? And my teeth look bigger. Gee, my hair has never looked this good– maybe it’s time for me to join a rockabilly band and really do some howling!! : )

A beautiful work, my dear Marina. Once again you have cast a bright shining light into The World Of Painting. I can see 2015 is going to be another dazzling year for everyone’s favorite Painting Goddess. Winter is normally pretty chilly around here, but you have left me with a warm glow, as the Boy Scout said to the campfire after accidentally sitting on it… : )

    • Oh, no no no!!! I have to read a manual on how to prevent you from …turning! You are needed as you are!!!
As for chilly winter – right you are! It’s so cold here and it’s going to get even colder next week …brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
But I know exactly what I’m going to do: come back and read all your comments – again and again. Guaranteed to keep me warm! 🙂
      Thank you, my friend.

  4. Hey, I REALLY like the second one. Everything about it, the colors. Clever, too, M. I’m so glad we continue to create together. =) And I know you’ve been totally cool about it, but just letting you know the big project is just awaiting its time. Now that I think about it, that was too gutsy (not very wise) of me to want to launch it with only 1000 followers. I’m glad you’ll get more press when the time comes. A merry Christmas to you, my dear. Keep shining. Stay happy.

    Love,
    Diana

  7. A wonderful painting for the day, and the darkness is perfect for we in the northern hemisphere as we head into winter … thus would be good for the southern hemisphere in 6 months.

    • Oh, really Stephen, I did nothing! But thank you so much for your kind words – they mean so much to me!
