  1. I am finding it hard to believe it is almost Christmas again! I came back to this earlier post and realized I likely didn’t know you then.. Now I do, dear friend, and I value you so much ❤

    • I know right, one month to Christmas! Where did 2017 go?!!!! Ah, my sweet Christy, likewise, I think we know each other about 2 years now [if not more] but WP has had some glitches in the past and the follows have been on and off [with some people I still can’t connect and have to go to WP happiness engineers to fix every time!]. Happy and grateful for our friendship! 🙂 xx

  2. Liebe Marina danke für deinen Link morgen ist Karneval Weiberfastnacht und Klaus macht eine Pause sei ganz lieb und herzlichst gegrüßt in Freundschaft

  3. I hope you had a very merry Christmas and the New Year will arrive at your door step with huge loads of inspiration!

  4. Wishing you God’s wonderful gifts of faith, hope, peace, and love
    at Christmas-time and always.

As we take a moment from our busy lives to celebrate the birth of our Lord,
we pray your holidays are filled with love, and your New Year filled with peac

  5. Beautiful images Marina. My warmest wishes to you and yours for the holidays and a very Happy New Year. Thanks for all your support and encouragement throughout the year. Please know that it has been so very much appreciated. If you weren’t so far away it would be lovely to sit and chat 🙂

  6. Love the variation on a theme for the two events. Merry Christmas to you and all those close to you … and a Winter Solstice salute as well. … and holiday salutes to all your readers here.

PS: My holiday salute should be up for your Christmas Eve morning.

  7. Beautiful greeting card, Marina! Wishing you and yours a peaceful winter solstice and a most beautiful holiday! ~xxx

  8. I was going to go out and do some Christmas shopping today– I always enjoy the glitter and excitement at the Mt. Olympus Mall. Or I thought I might do some caroling: when they hear me sing, people always throw figgy pudding and wassail bowls; it’s great– all artists love free food!!

But now I’m paralyzed with beauty! I look upon the latest work by The Great Kanavaki (maestro, a fanfare, if you please!!), and I am riveted to the spot!! What perfect colors! What utter simplicity of design!! Nay, nay, not just one design, but two!! And each a perfectly realized gem, with both reaching out to everyone, with a wish for peace, joy, and harmony!!

I must lie down. The exquisite emotion is too much for a man of my exceptional sensitivity. I see a tree with sparkling lights in the corner. Yes, I’ll go lie down under that until I recover. I shall fade into a happy dream… of sugarplums… goddesses in holly-trimmed togas… and… figgy pudding… : )

    P.S. Beautiful work, dear Marina!!!

    • I have just received the most wonderful gift…
My tree has now a cause: to provide shelter and dream fields to an amazing talent: YOU!
Now excuse me while I go fly off on cloud number 9! 🙂
      Thank you, my dearest friend.
Enjoy this Winter Solstice and Christmas week. 🙂

    • fyi: Mt.Olympus A.M.D. [annual meeting of directors], decided to grant you a lifetime supply of figgy pudding! 🙂 🍨 [oh and they are contributing an emoticon soon with a figgy pudding symbol in your honor! Till then they humbly ask your understanding for this poor substitute] 🙂

      • A lifetime supply of Figgy P.?? From the Mt. Olympus Bakery?? I’m in ecstasy!! This is the best Christmas present I ever got!! Thank you, O Kindest of Christmas Spirits & Elf Immortals!! I’ll just have a little taste… 🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🚑

        • Don’t worry, I’m here: […err what is it with emoticons – no nurse symbol?!!!!! okay, here’s the next choice:] 😇 [got to do something about that too at Mt Olympus tsk tsk tsk]

  9. Merry Christmas, dear Marina! ⭐ ⭐
Love and hugs and kisses to you & yours! I’m so happy that the winter solstice has arrived! Now, the days will get longer. YAY!!!! Thank you for sharing your art, & I really love your solstice image. ❤
