Judi Cooper Sealy was an award winning Hair Stylist. She died in January at 77 years.

On a different note:
I made a mistake. 😖 It was not Oscar Peterson who was married to Judy, it was Joe Sealy. Joe is another fabulous jazz pianist from Canada. Joe’s early studies were with Oscar’s sister. http://www.canadianjazzarchive.org/en/musicians/joe-sealy.html
So, you know as I was typing it out, I kept thinking, I’m sure they had the same last name? Peterson? Sealy?
All I can say is it’s 40 degrees here every day, and I think I have heat dementia!

This may be an echo of a message I’ve already sent, but he is the greatest and indeed the piano master of jazz, to whom I have been listening since I first heard music of any kind. Not difficult as we are both natives of Montreal, though some years apart. He remains my all time favourite, and will to my very last breath. Thank you for sharing this reminder of his magical music abilities.
