Earth Nerve Net pt4

I’ve always found earth patterns fascinating.
Sometimes random, other times symmetrical, other abstract…

As I continue my journey on earth patterns I’ve come to my favorite one.

Sea’s creations of intricate and mesmerizing patterns.

All the following shots come from the same place as pt2 & pt3, Theologos Bay, and with the exception of the last two shots [taken in July] they are last Wednesday’s crop. I mention this because the sea changes colors depending on the day, sky, weather…, so here there aren’t any dramatic color changes in the following photos …or are there? 😉

I hope you enjoy as much as I did!

…accompanied by

Philip Glass: Living Waters

from his album Anima Mundi OST [1993]

…and

Genesis: Ripples

from their album A Trick Of The Tail [1976]

All the photos from my Earth Nerve Net series were taken with my mobile phone.

  1. No artist can equal the beauty and scope of nature. But an artist like you can open our eyes to nature’s beauty.
P.S. I still like your paintings.

  2. Even your photos are exquisite art Marina – beautiful pictures and mesmerising shapes and curves. The Philip Glass piece was amazing too. Made my day this post!
