Moved by motion: Making Waves

A series of short videos, or, movements that …moved me.

As we’re enjoying a peaceful afternoon at the beach, a sudden wind creates a frothy response by the sea!

Don’t expect ocean waves though…

Sea, making waves…

Got carried away with the photos but I’m a sucker for sea froth!!!! 😉

Happy Tuesday!

This series of posts is linked to Earth Nerve Net“.

Sometimes the eye captures an image, sometimes a movement and others a movement with sound. Most of these “Moved by Motion” posts are with sound on, essential for a fuller experience, hence, no [other] music to accompany them. I hope you enjoy.

  1. I love this! Your moved by Motion is moving me.
I’ve always loved the sounds of the sea, or ocean. Even when it seems still, I hear it.
I’ve been asked how I can live in the city, on a major street with cars, buses, streetcars that never end.
I say; it’s kind of like an ocean to me.

  2. The photos and the video clips are a place of peace, relaxation, and harmony.

I love this and you made my day very happy. I needed this today.

Here’s something for you to listen and it goes with your incredible post.

    Sense8 | Feeling Good [HQ]

    Enjoy.

  3. Make me wish Montréal would be closer to the sea, even the River is far from my place and not much of anything like that…I am trying to imagine that the sound of cars rolling on the boulevard in front is a nice sound…nope…thanks for sharing these nice pics and sounds Marina!

    • I often say that I’d like to live permanently by the sea, but our lives evolve round the city …still. Someday, maybe… Till then, I’ve got hours of sea recordings to keep me company until my next visit! 😉 Cars… I can tell you, I don’t look forward to the transition from the sound of the sea to the sound of the sea of cars…. soon. 😉
