Το να αναζητείς απεγνωσμένα την καινοτομία, όπως τόσοι πολλοί στις μέρες μας, σημαίνει ότι το ενδιαφέρον σου περιστρέφεται όχι γύρω από το έργο, αλλά γύρω απ΄τον εαυτό σου – ακριβέστερα, γύρω από την εντύπωση που δημιουργείς. Και, “ενδιαφέρομαι να εντυπωσιάσω” σημαίνει “ενδιαφέρομαι να πουλήσω”, με την όποια έννοια της λέξης. Σημαίνει τελικά ότι, αυτό που πάει να γίνει πρότυπο, σε κάθε ανθρώπινη δραστηριότητα, είναι οι πηχιαίοι τίτλοι και η συνειδητή παραπληροφόρηση, οι τακτικές των media.

“Απόλλων Και Υάκινθος” είναι η πρώτη όπερα που έγραψε ο Wolfgang Amadeus, σε ηλικία 11 χρόνων. Η επίσημη μουσικολογική εκδοχή θέλει τα πρώτα αριστουργήματά του να προκύπτουν στα 17. Ίσως γι αυτό ένα κομμάτι όπως η άρια “Saepe Terrent Numina” δεν αντιμετωπίζεται ως αυτό που είναι: ένα αριστούργημα…Την ακούμε από την σοπράνο Venceslava Hruba – Freiberger.

Desperately seeking innovation, like so many people do today, means that you don’t focus on the work itself, but on yourself – more precisely, on the impression you make. “Focus on impressions” means “focus on sales “, in any sense of the word. And this could mean, in the end, that …the banner headlines and conscious misinformation, the tactics of the media, is about to define the standards for every human activity.

“Apollo and Hyacinth” is the first opera written by Wolfgang Amadeus, at the age of 11. The official musicological version claims his first masterpieces to have emerged at 17. Maybe that’s why a piece like Aria “Saepe Terrent Numina” is not treated as what it is: a masterpiece…We hear it from soprano Venceslava Hruba-Freiberger.
