Για μένα, όπως και για πολλούς άλλους, η πρώτη φορά που είδα το Koyaanisqatsi ήταν εμπειρία ζωής… Και σε στιγμές [επαπειλούμενης] καταστροφής όπως αυτή εδώ, θυμάμαι πάντα αυτό το κομμάτι.

As with so many people, my first time seeing Koyaanisqatsi was a life changing experience*. And in times of [imminent] disaster, I always recall this one.

Lately I have been rebloging music videos from Oannes new blog. For my friends who didn’t know, or wonder why…. Koyaanisqatsi was my introduction to Philip Glass. My exposure came through the film the visuals and music were perfectly in sync. A visual orchestration of the music. Of course the music stands well on it’s own and I often find time to listen to the soundtrack. In fact I’m a huge fan of the Qatsi Trilogy. Have a great weekend.
