Sometimes random, other times symmetrical, other abstract…

On my walks I always see things that will catch my eye, mostly looking up.
However sometimes, it’s the …little things that make me smile!

All the following shots were taken from the same place. The path down the hill, the paved part. After the dry season of summer and a rainy couple of months, little green creatures are beginning to appear between the cracks. Like shy little beings popping their tiny heads wondering if it’s okay to stay and grow the family here! And they do. A little further down, more tiny green fluffies grow. Ah, they do make me smile. It’s true, it’s the little things…

I was thinking of relocating Mark Armstrong Illustration to one of Saturn’s moons (I’ve heard they have great ambrosia out there), but this wonderful post has made me reconsider: Earth is too beautiful to leave, especially when it is graced with a photographer extraordinaire who is so attuned to its beauties… 🌍🌷👍😊

I always find my photos are best when I am somewhere I don’t know as I seem to notice more, I think we easily get used to what we see every day and don’t see it as interesting.
I agree with you. So do I, however it works the other way round too. For example, after I returned from that hill, I began noticing that those greenies where in most pavements on the streets and some where even more beautiful! So, I suppose that it’s a process that once you set it off you keep noticing more! 😉 I know you know from experience and from your wonderful photos! 🙂
