Another beautiful watercolor. I particularly love the brighter colors against the gray. Seems rather symbolic for this particular July. And thank you for the summary of the month. Since I always have an eye to the sky this is extremely helpful.

I’m glad you found the celestial events helpful. I’ve always wanted a good telescope with camera… well, and a good spot to set it up! Not asking much, am I?!!!
I assume that you’re right in the city with lots of light pollution?
Exactly, in Athens, even if the northern suburbs are slightly better, still… Anyway, as we found out from a couple of rather failed attempts to acquire a telescope, having a telescope should come with either owning a terrace or living somewhere outside a city and having it permanently set up! Getting a small telescope isn’t worth it. A good camera is probably better! 😉
I’d go with a good camera. If you’re anywhere in or near the city it’s really hard to get a good view of the night sky.
