  1. Marina, I love your work, and my husband and I decided to buy one of your prints from Society6 for each other for Christmas this year. We ordered a framed copy of Woods I Pink. We are so excited. The site was easy to use. How did you get to be featured there? Did you submit for approval? I am curious if they would be interested in my photography. Warmly, Brenda

    • Ah, my dear Brenda, thank you so much!!! I am deeply touched by your gesture. This was actually the very first painting we chose with my husband for our new house! I hope it brings happiness to your home [as it has in ours].
About Society 6, I didn’t submit my work for approval. I think they pick work which gets more likes in combination with a other factors I am not familiar with [nor do I think they publicize them].
Your work would be wonderful at S6. All you need to do is create an account and start uploading your work in high resolution and customizing it for placement on various items [if you wish]. I’d love to see your work there. Try and see how it goes! Check this link: http://society6.com/help/selling
If you need any more help, you can e-mail me at anmarkan@ath.forthnet.gr and I’ll be happy to answer any questions about it.
My warmest wishes and thank you once again! [and your husband] 🙂

  2. Thank goodness you got back when you did! I’ve been losing energy the whole time you were gone. Have you forgotten that you are the source of most of the world’s Artistic Energy?? Ah… I feel much better now, thanks to you, dear lamb… : )

Oh– and a belated Welcome Back, my dear Marina!!

  3. Happy August too Marina.. I hope your batteries are now also fully recharged.. It was very good to see you and its lovely to have you back.. Love to you my dear Marina.. xxx

    • I know – I know!!!! We also had a couple of days of rain but now we are gradually going back to a heatwave [not nice when in the city!]
      Hugs & kisses 🙂
ps hope you got my mail…

    • Glad to be back! It was really nice: quiet and relaxing. Thank you for the compliment [a big one coming from you], but really it’s the sea. It looks great even by a novice photographer like me! 🙂

    • It is great to see you, Andrew! And I have missed all my friends!
It is from a small village in mainland [Greece] called Theologos. The sea is the North Gulf of Evia [Aegean]. It is very inviting!!!! 🙂

    • Hi, Mary! Happy to see you! 🙂
First day there I couldn’t stop taking pictures of the sea. As soon as I stepped inside I never took another one. I just wanted to be in there… Sometimes with technology we forget to live! 😉

  4. lovely to ‘see’ you – how apt that the sea has reinvigorated you Marina 😉 welcome back

Happy to hear your thoughts
