Οι Jazz Crusaders αφαιρούν τη λέξη “Jazz” απ’ το όνομα, όχι βεβαίως και από τις αναφορές τους: ακούμε ένα έξοχο δείγμα του ανανεωμένου, jazz-funk ήχου τους από το πρώτο άλμουμ [τίτλος: ‘Crusaders 1’] που κυκλοφόρησαν ως The Crusaders. 1972. Jazz Crusaders remove the word “Jazz” from their name, keeping it among their references: we hear a token of their renewed, brilliant jazz-funk sound from the first album they released as The Crusaders [titled simply: ‘Crusaders 1’].
It is written by saxophonist Wilton Felder. Joe Sample‘s piano and Larry Carlton‘s guitar have the lead.
