  1. I’ll be heading out into nature later this morning and although I’ll see some animals and maybe some people, somehow I doubt they’ll look like the ones in this painting.

  2. Marina, Marc Chagall is one of my most favorites. Isn’t it interesting that artists understand the meaning of their calling. When I read Van Gogh, Monet, their focus is about love. The same goes for Marc Chagall, which is embodied in this quote: “In our life there is a single color, as on an artist’s palette, which provides the meaning of life and art. It is the color of love.” The idea that love is a colour has given me something to think about. Sending much love (& colour) your way.

  3. That’s quite a price. Too bad artists can’t get those prices while they are alive.
