Η 7η Συμφωνία του Krzysztof Penderecki – επρόκειτο αρχικά να έχει τη μορφή ορατόριου – γράφτηκε το 1996 για τον εορτασμό της τρίτης χιλετηρίδας της Ιερουσαλήμ.
Ακούμε το πρώτο από τα επτά της μέρη : Magnus Dominus et laudabilis nimis in civitate – βασισμένο στον Ψαλμό 48.

Krzysztof Penderecki’s 7th Symphony – originally conceived as an oratorio – was written in 1996 for the celebration of Jerusalem’s third millennium.
We hear the first of its seven parts : Magnus Dominus et laudabilis nimis in civitate – after Psalm 48.
