In what ways, if any, did your own feeling about this painting change after 10 years?
Reading “10 years” made me wonder to what you were referring! Curiously, it feels like it was yesterday! 😉 Probably answers your question. 😉
Yes, that’s a good answer. Sometimes I look back at a photograph from just the day before and already want to make changes to the way in which I processed it. Regarding this painting of yours, you seem to have followed an old adage of mine that a thing well done once is well done forever.

I think my favorite aspect are the birds. You almost don’t notice them at first, and then all of sudden there they are, looming over the trees. 🙂
