Ένα από τα διαμάντια της κλασικής περιόδου του David Bowie είναι αυτό από το Aladdin Sane – η πρώτη παρείσφρυση του πιάνου του Mike Garson στον ήχο του. Τυχαίνει αυτό να είναι το πρώτο τραγούδι του που άκουσα ποτέ : στην πρώτη πλευρά της κασέτας είχε γραφτεί από λάθος η δεύτερη πλευρά του LP.
Ο DB δεν θα είναι ο συνθέτης του μήνα για τον Ιανουάριο. Τα posts με μουσική του είναι τόσα που αρκεί μια σειρά από reposts – παραπομπές σε κάποια.

One of the jewels of David Bowie’ s classic era is this from Aladdin Sane – first entrance of Mike Garson’s piano into its sound. This happens to be the first song of his I ever heard: the LP’s second side was wrongly recorded on the cassette’s first one.
DB will not be the composer of the month for January. There are so many posts of his music on the blog that a series of reposts – references to some is enough.
