First thing’s first, thank you all for your beautiful wishes in my previous post [more than a month ago! What is it with time?!]. I have had many moves in my life but this one had it all, literally.
Since I’m making this a “come back” post, I’ll start with a few shots taken the past 2 1/2 months as a glimpse of our new views.

I sympathise – we’re still surrounded by boxes, ten months after our move!
I’m aware that boxes linger for a long time. It’s all we went through before we can actually say, “we’re home”! I’ll give you a taste: Movers dropped my piano from the 5th floor! And that’s just one thing!
OMG! Did it survive? Surely it can’t have? 😦
Miraculously, it did. Severely wounded but can [and will] be restored. The piano repairman couldn’t believe it!
nor can I! I hope the restoration goes well 🙂
I hope so too even with some bruises as I was told, but hey, they will be a reminder of surviving.

Thank you for sharing your skies with us, Marina! We once had a robin who constantly pecked on our slider. We came to the conclusion that the poor creature must have suffered a traumatic brain injury.

Oh, no, poor thing! I hope our birdy is healthy. He certainly seems so. Just a bit inquisitive. He flies in and sits on our olive tree and when he sees us he comes knocking. Then leaves with his friends.
