Forest…

…a miniature one

In a small garden,
somewhere in a dark corner
wild green cliffs
wait for the sun rays
to uncover them.
Tiny trees grow
and rivers of leaves
rush down the steep slope.
It’s the Forest in the garden
and from Zbigniew Preisner, whose birthday is today!*

The music piece was a perfect backdrop to this magic forest!

  2. Ah, Marina – I know that there is magic in this world, that nature sprinkles fairy dust on us all. As William Shakespeare once wrote: “I like this place and could willingly waste my time in it.” Hugs coming from Vancouver with great speed.

  3. “…rivers of leaves…” So lovely. It’s like a meditation to look that closely and see worlds within worlds. I remember times when nature was my only solace, and it was that kind of observation that sustained me. Thanks for reminding me!

    • As I often say, when all else fails, trust mother nature to bring you back home! 😉 “worlds within worlds”… indeed, a meditation it is! Thank you, my dearest Mary Jo! ❤

  4. That is a wonderful find, Marina. The photos came out perfect. Making what you see come out like the way you want on a photograph can be very difficult.
