Το φιλανθρωπικό κονσέρτο για τους πρόσφυγες του Bangladesh (Madison Square Garden, Αύγουστος 1971) ήταν το πρώτο του είδους του. Διοργανώθηκε από τον George Harrison με συμμετοχές από τους Ravi Shankar (συνδιοργανωτής), Ringo Starr, Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, etc.

The charity concert for Bangladesh’s refugees (Madison Square Garden, August 1971) was the first of its kind. It was organized by George Harrison and featured performances from Ravi Shankar (co-organizer), Ringo Starr, Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton etc. We hear the ex-Beatle on a track from the triple vinyl released that same year.
