…one year ago!
Round this time, last year, while on vacation in Theologos, Greece, I witnessed a memorable sunset.
Clouds had been gathering throughout the day and by six the sky was dark and the winds picked up.
An hour later, winds dropped and the clouds began a wild celebration in the sky. Sunset…
The images forming every second where so captivating that I recall grabbing my camera and running up to the roof to get a better view and coming back some 2 hours later. A party for my eyes and the mosquitoes having the feast of their lives! 😉
So, just before this years’ July ends, I wanted to share these images.

A beautiful sunset indeed. I love sunsets over the water – but in this case the mountains beyond the water provide a unique setting. Listening to the Shostokovich, this piece has to be one close to your heart because I can hear a bit of MK-O in it. 🙂
Oh, now, that is a great compliment… Shostakovich was [still is] my favorite composer since childhood…
