Earth Nerve Net pt9 [Transitions of the Sea]

I’ve always found earth patterns fascinating.
Sometimes random, other times symmetrical, other abstract…

Rippled waters

Transitioning

from gray

with light blue brush strokes

to the departing sun’s

orange, tangerine

& coral

~

Enjoy a beautiful Monday and week ahead everyone.

Remember beauty is everywhere when you keep your eyes and mind open.

  1. Beautiful images for my eyes and soothing music to my ears, dear Marina. If we can just be still and let nature work her magic, our lives seem less frantic. ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ˜

    • Awww, thank you so much Sylvia. Indeed, nature has a way of ‘clearing’ our minds and vision washing away all our problems . ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿค—

  2. Amazingly beautiful shots, Marina. For all the time I have been visiting you, you have remained true to Art Towards a Happy Day! I adore you.
OH … I drew my first Daffodil today.
May I make your daffodil yellow with an orange centre? Do you prefer all yellow?
    I saw some lavender daffodils?
    I saw white and yellow?
    Let me know your thoughts!

I can’t wait to see them! I love lavender and yellow, I adore that combination but you draw it as you imagine it. I know I’ll love it!!!!!

  3. The relationship between sky and water is profoundly beautiful, and you share this so generously with us. xoxoxoxo

    • Enjoying all stages of transitions, I decided to include the full spectrum in the featured image. Yes, and the sea is a favorite of mine! Thank you, my friend! ๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ˜Š

        • We’re fine and yes, they are picking up although I believe that’s because now they test more. Because we went on lockdown very early, we kept numbers very low. After months of restrictions though and seeing that things aren’t as bad as they said, I think people are getting fed up. Also they inexplicably opened the borders to countries that were severely affected, so I think we had it coming! ๐Ÿ˜‰

          • Yes – it’s those poor decisions I don’t understand – like opening borders to countries which have more cases. Here in Wales, the Welsh government (which has handled things pretty well mainly) is considering allowing people to visit inside others’ homes in the next few days whilst also wanting schools to reopen (a priority) in a couple of weeks. Seems like an odd move to me!

      • Youโ€™re welcome. You have an incredible eye. When you grow upโ€ฆ It reminds me of the fact that when someone decides to make a commitment and really be a chef they get a good set of knives. Itโ€™s the chef who is the artist, but artists do even better with a good set of tools.

  4. I love viewing the world through the lens of your artistic eye. You allow me to see things differently, with more nuance as to colour and placement. Thank you, my dear friend. Hugs!!

    • As I mentioned on your wonderful ocean walk, the sea has always been my refuge, so even the slightest transitions are fascinating to me. So happy you enjoyed it! Many hugs to you! ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ˜˜

  5. I cannot tell you how much I love it when you do this. Such simple beauty right there before our eyes in the every day. Something I see yet wouldn’t even think of sharing. Hmmm…
And the musical accompaniment is divine…
I’ll just hold my comment here until the last note ๐Ÿ˜‰

  6. Wow. I love these. So simple in on the surface, yet so much going on in the subtle details. Beautiful, Marina.
