Η έκπληξη ως προς τους Garbage αφορά στο ότι …εξακολουθούν να υπάρχουν, και μάλιστα με αμετάβλητο το original line up από το ξεκίνημά τους το 1993.
Αυτό, ενώ οι Αμερικανοί Duke Erikson, Butch Vig, Steve Marker ήταν ήδη βετεράνοι για τα δεδομένα της ποπ [42, 38 και 34 ετών αντίστοιχα], με θητείες σε άλλα γκρουπ.
Η μόνη [μετά βίας] πληρούσα τις ηλικιακές προδιαγραφές ήταν η Σκωτσέζα Shirley Manson, 27 τότε.
Με μια δόση νοσταλγίας ακούω αυτό το τραγούδι, χαρακτηριστικό των middle ‘90s, από το δισκογραφικό τους ντεμπούτο.

The surprising thing about Garbage is that …they continue to exist, with the original line-up unchanged since their formation in 1993. This, in spite of the fact that Americans Duke Erikson, Butch Vig, Steve Marker were already veterans by pop standards [42, 38 and 34 years old respectively], with backgrounds in other groups. The only [barely] qualified in terms of age was Scotswoman Shirley Manson, 27 at the time.
It is with a touch of nostalgia that I hear this song, typical of the mid ’90s, from their debut album.
