  1. Happy November, Marina! I adore this tree and don’t find the lines “harsh” in the least. (But who am I to quibble with the artist?) I find the blue color soothing in its taste of fluidity. November is a truly fluid month – transitional between seasons, between moods. Your monthly trees are always a delight. Keep ’em coming!

    • …and who am I to argue with you! I really don’t like adding descriptions to my paintings as I don’t wish to ‘guide’ in any way the viewer. I put these haiku-like texts just as an accompaniment. I wouldn’t pay too much attention to it! 😉
It is a fluid month and watching the changes is delightful.
Thank you so much for the encouragement, my dear friend! xoxoxoxo

      • I think your philosophy about descriptions of art is smart – who knows what any viewer “sees” in a painting or photograph – or even hears in a piece of music? (I also enjoy the music you post from your husband’s blog although I don’t comment much at all these days.) I also meant to remark about your recent zodiac posting but the days got away from me – I think it was stunning. I hope November brings goodness and kindness and health and happiness to you and yours! 🙏 🌷 🌞 🌟 🙏

  2. This is sublime.
It may feel the oncoming winter, but I love this time of year.
This is an emotional painting for me (personal).

Dahling, I’m doing a Dog post soon, and want to use Hera’s pic and link to your Pitties awareness post. I know you said I can use what I want, but I still check!

    • What I said applies always for you dahling! No need to ask! Not to mention that Hera is overjoyed!
I’m with you on this time of year and watching as the skies change and nature shifting to another mood. So happy you like it, my sweet friend!
Sending baskets of love and hugs and….
      slobberies! 🐾😘🐾😘🐾😘🐾😘🐾😘

  3. Beautiful November tree that looks cold like our sudden drop in morning tempts. It was -8.3º C yesterday morning and this morning.

  4. Another most excellent Tree Marina… and November I feel will herald in some harsher lines into our view..
Autumn here in the England is late, as many trees still full of green leaves…
Much rain which your lines remind me of here, flooding also.. Which your blue reminds me of too…
But I also feel a ‘Flooding of information’ which will also come forth in November Marina…
    Loved your painting..
Sending love and some November Hugs xx 🧡🍁🍂🍁🍂🧡

  5. So wonderfully written & painted, Marina. November for me is the start of winter & this month, a time to rest & renew. Here, the rain is washing away perhaps more than we would wish but the earth will be renewed & so there is always hope. 💚🙋‍♂️
