Το Νο. 14, Op. 131 ήταν το αγαπημένο του ίδιου του συνθέτη απο τα τελευταία, εξαϋλωμένα κουαρτέτα του. Δύσκολα μπορεί να “διαφωνήσει” κανείς, ακούγοντας τους Amadeus στο πρώτο και δεύτερο μέρος : Adagio Ma Non Troppo E Molto Espressivo [00:00], Allegro Molto Vivace [07:00]
Θα επανέλθουμε στο συγκεκριμένο έργο τον Φεβρουάριο, Θεού θέλοντος, με την ευκαιρία της επετείου της γέννησης ενός μεγάλου Έλληνα αρχιμουσικού.

No. 14, Op. 131 was the composer’s favorite among his last, otherworldly quartets. One could hardly “disagree”, hearing Amadeus on the first and second parts : Adagio Ma Non Troppo E Molto Espressivo [00:00], Allegro Molto Vivace [07:00]
We will return to this particular work in February, God willing, on the occasion of a great Greek conductor’s anniversary.
