Ο Mozart έγραψε αυτό το “κωμικό έργο” σε ηλικία 10 ετών, στη διάρκεια της μεγάλης περιοδείας του [1763-66] ως παιδιού-θαύματος ανά την Ευρώπη. Ο συνθέτης βρίσκεται ακόμα στον αστερισμό του μπαρόκ, η επιρροή ειδικά του Handel είναι ευδιάκριτη – οι Mozart έχουν μόλις περάσει απ’ το Λονδίνο [1764], λίγα χρόνια μετά το θάνατο του μεγάλου ανδρός.
Το παρουσιάζω [συντετμημένο] όχι απλώς για να δώσω μια ιδέα του επιπέδου της μουσικής σκέψης του “ανθρωπάκου” – ιδίως με κομμάτια όπως η Φούγκα.
Ο κύριος λόγος είναι ότι για μένα, το άκουσμα είναι σκέτη απόλαυση.

Mozart wrote this “comic work” at the age of 10, during his grand tour [1763-66] as a wunderkind across Europe. The composer is still in Baroque constellation, Handel’s influence in particular is distinct – the Mozarts have just passed through London [1764], a few years after the great man’s death.
I present it [abbreviated] not simply to give an idea of the “little man’s” level of musical thinking – especially in tracks like the Fuga.
The main reason is that to me, listening to this is pure pleasure.
