A David Bowie’s hymn to adolescence, a song that some distant affinity with ‘Heroes’ does not prevent from being autonomous and amazing. The “decadent” element in the video [below] doesn’t exactly emerge from the lyrics, but it had its fun back in 1979.
The song is on the third, underrated album of the Berlin trilogy, Lodger.
