Ένα από τα σημαντικότερα έργα του Mendelssohn αλλά και του βιολιστικού, και του ρομαντικού ρεπορτορίου εν γένει, είναι το δεύτερο κονσέρτο του για βιολί σε Μι ελάσσονα, τελευταίο κονσέρτο που πρόλαβε να ολοκληρώσει ο συνθέτης. Ακούμε το Allegro Molto από τον Isaac Stern και την Philadelphia Orchestra υπό τη διεύθυνση του Eugene Ormandy.

One of Mendelssohn’s most important works, as well as the violinist and romantic repertoire in general, is his second violin concerto in E minor, last concerto the composer managed to complete. We listen to Allegro Molto performed by Isaac Stern and the Philadelphia Orchestra conducted by Eugene Ormandy.
