Το Κονσέρτο σε Μι Ύφεση για Ορχήστρα Δωματίου του Igor Stravinsky (1938) ήταν παραγγελία του ζεύγους Robert Woods Bliss & Mildred Barnes Bliss, ιδρυτών του μουσείου τέχνης Dumbarton Oaks στην ομώνυμη, ιδιόκτητή τους έκταση στη Washington DC. Αφορμή, η τριακοστή επέτειος του γάμου τους. To ακούμε από μέλη της Columbia Symphony Orchestra, υπό τη διεύθνση του συνθέτη. Η ηχογράφηση έγινε στο Χόλιγουντ το 1964.

Igor Stravinsky’s Concert in E Flat for Chamber Orchestra (1938) was a commission from Robert Woods Bliss & Mildred Barnes Bliss, founders of the Dumbarton Oaks Museum of art on their own estate by the same name, in Washington DC. The occasion was their 30th wedding anniversary. We hear it from members of Columbia Symphony Orchestra, conducted by the composer. The recording was made in Hollywood, 1964.
