More about these reblogs
Lately I have been rebloging music videos from Oannes new blog. For my friends who didn’t know, or wonder why…. Oannes [aka Socratis Papahatzis] is my husband, partner in life and music and the one with my undying admiration. Together we have a band MK-O [the music of Marina Kanavaki & Oannes]. So, it’s my pleasure to share with you his [and mine] musical selections. • Although here I reblog mainly his musical selections, he writes exceptional articles on various topics [some may need translation], so do visit his site. He has my highest recommendation!

Happy Thursday now Mariana.. I left a comment I was having difficulty posting on Oannes post Planet Suicide..
In case it didn’t arrive as it failed twice from the reader and then vanished on his site..
I said this..
“This is such an important topic.. Suicides have been on the increase especially within the young here in the UK.. Many teenagers are depressed and on anti-depressant drugs… We seem to be living in a society where social media is playing a huge part in emotional bullying and because of the nature often of people who feel they can no longer talk to anyone about their problems, the world of technology often just isolates them even further..
It was good to read once I translated your article on Google translate.. ( had to cut and paste it in as it seem the translate of google will not translate you words on your blog like some sites) ..
It was good to know that the banning of certain pesticides had helped reduce death rates due to this form of suicide. Pesticides in general I have an issue with, due to the cancers we know many of them cause, and damage to nature..
Thank you for bringing this to our awareness Oannes. sadly I think many now know of at least someone within their friendship or family circle of such tragedy of a suicide.. Unfortunately I have known several..
Wishing you a good day and hope you can translate my comment.. to understand. ”
Blessings Sue
Sending love and hugs your way Marina.. and Much love ❤
Thank you so much for commenting on Oannes blog. I see now that your comment is posted. We tried adding a google translate at his site but it created problems, so we had to remove it. I hope we find a decent translator soon as a plugin to add.
Love and hugs to you too and many many xoxoxoxoxoxoxo
Good to know Marina now I will know not to worry if my comment vanishes. 🙂 Usually Google translate will pop up when I use Chrome to visit sites written in a foreign language,… I hope Oannes manages to get a suitable translation tool.. As his essays are interesting 🙂
I really appreciate this my friend, I know how ‘pressed’ our time is! Apart from the technical glitch of a translator on the page, there’s also the problem of the actual translation, especially from greek… Over here whenever someone speaks gibberish or makes no sense, we say he speaks ‘googletranslate’!!!! 😉 As his posts can be demanding (for Greek speaking readers) the translations need more attention. Again, thanks so much, my friend. Much love to you! xoxoxo
My pleasure. Off to be in my nature world this morning. I hope you both have a wonderful day and weekend 🤗💕😘💚
We will do our best!!! Enjoy! ❤😘
