Στα 10 του, παιδί – θαύμα ήδη, ο Oscar Peterson άκουσε αυτό το track. Όταν κατάφεραν να τον πείσουν ότι αυτό που άκουγε προερχόταν από ένα και μόνο πιανίστα [στην αρχή αρνιόταν να το δεχτεί], έπεσε σε κατάθλιψη, εγκαταλείποντας το παίξιμο για ένα μήνα. Όπως είπε ο ίδιος αργότερα: “κανείς δεν παίζει σαν τον Art Tatum”.

At the age of 10, already a child-prodigy, Oscar Peterson heard this track. When they managed to convince him that what he was listening came from a single pianist [he was refusing to accept it], he fell into depression, and refused to play the piano for a month. As he said later: “No one plays like Art Tatum“.
