Moody Blues – House Of Four Doors [In Search Of The Lost Chord, 1968] [reblog]

from Oannes blog…

…for a rainy Wednesday

The expression “ahead of its time”, like so many others, has lost its value from abuse. More eloquent than that would be a simple look at the year the album was released… The song was composed by bassist John Lodge.

Happy Hump Day!

More about these reblogs

Lately I have been rebloging music videos from Oannes new blog. For my friends who didn’t know, or wonder why…. Oannes [aka Socratis Papahatzis] is my husband, partner in life and music and the one with my undying admiration. Together we have a band MK-O [the music of Marina Kanavaki & Oannes]. So, it’s my pleasure to share with you his [and mine] musical selections. Although here I reblog mainly his musical selections, he writes exceptional articles on various topics [some may need Translation], so do visit his site. He has my highest recommendation!

  1. I went to The House Of Four Doors. A sign said there was a treasure behind one of the doors. I opened the first and found… gold. I opened the second and found… rubies. The third and found… diamonds. Then I opened the fourth and found a Marina Kanavaki art show, free ambrosia (no limit), and the famous MK-O Olympians dressed in togas and playing their greatest hits.

It took me four tries, but I finally found the treasure… 🎨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🎹🎤🏆👽😊

    • It’s all because we insist on fine nourishment… our day always begins with large portions of Mark Armstrong illustrations and just like that, miracles happen! 🎇🎊🎉🎆
