  1. Aww, Marina, I guess with the events of that first week, I totally missed his birthday and I’ve been a big fan for a long time. I saw him in concert two years before he died. And I remember watching his movies when I was 13, swooning over his handsomeness, that Elvis lip, and his awesome voice. Sigh. He died way too young and I shed a few tears when I heard the news. Elvis is King and always will be. Can’t Help Falling in Love and If I can Dream are two favorites, but I love them all. 🙂 Thanks for the tribute! xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo

  4. I’m pretty sure DB loved Elvis. It took me a while to see why. I like Elvis’ gospel music. It’s there where I feel he’s really being himself. Although “Hound Dog” will always be on my list for solo guitar/singing practice!

  7. Elvis… he had that MK-O rockabilly rebel vibe– and that’s why he was so popular!! I know he was singing about some harbor in Greece– but which one?? Probably the one where Marina Kanavaki was painting on the shore!! Happy New Year to the rockin’-est goddess in the Pantheon!! 🍨 😋 😘
