Ένας ακόμα από τους σημαντικούς συνθέτες της σοβιετικής περιόδου, ο Ρωσο-Αρμένιος Aram Khachaturian, διακρίθηκε κυρίως για τα μπαλέτα του Spartacus και Gayane. Ακούμε ένα απόσπασμα από τη σουίτα που αντλήθηκε απ’ το δεύτερο. Aysheh’s Awakening And Dance, από την Φιλαρμονική της Βιέννης υπό τη διεύθυνση του ίδιου του συνθέτη.

Another important composer of the Soviet era, the Russian-Armenian Aram Khachaturian, was distinguished mainly for the ballets Spartacus and Gayane. We hear an excerpt from the suite derived from the second one.
Aysheh’s Awakening And Dance, performed by the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by the composer himself.
