Nature has a way with beauty,
even in decay
and from death to birth…
a bare branch,
suddenly comes up
with tiny green flames.

Have you also drawn or painted those new leaves and the designs on them?
No, I haven’t! Hmmm 🤔
Thank you Marina… Hope your week too is going well.. And yes, Nature brings us beauty within all its forms and seasons.. ❤
Than YOU, Sue! We are well, as long as we can keep our heads and thoughts above the darkness. Love to you! 😉😌😘🤗🌟🙏
A bit late to the party – but better late than never. Good words about nature with the visuals reinforcing the thought. The first pic sets the stage for the new growth. Happy spring and Yamas!
You are never late, my friend!
Thank you for your lovely words and spring wishes!
Yamas!!!
Lacy art created by bugs! I had my rosebush leaves chomped into a lacy creations by those bleeping Japanese beetles…
And these are beautiful spring photos! That green just screams new life, doesn’t it?
Oh, nooooo ….no good! I hope it’s recovered!
Thank you, my sweet friend.
Yes it does. Such a soft yet vibrant green.
🌷💗🌷
I must have captured and killed 3 dozen of the f****ers. Yes, it should be good.
It is a beautiful green! 🌱🌱🌱
Great!!!!!!! 🌱💚

Beautiful 💜🥰
Thank you, my dear Willow! Enjoy a beautiful weekend! xoxoxoxo
Thanks and you too 💜

there ought to be a paint colour called ‘tender green’ after those leaves – lovely definition in your photos Marina and you had me intrigued as to fig blossom with that last photo…and now I read that it has none discernible as the fruit is a pocket full of female flowers. No wonder Persephone took them to the very male underworld of Dis!
‘Tender green’ sounds perfect! One green name that resembles yet nowhere near yours, is chartreuse. I’m amazed I didn’t know that about figs. And to think it’s my only favorite fruit. I always look forward to August when their time is. That last photo is by a flower from -what we call here- weeds! They are everywhere this time of year.
Lovely! There is something about new leaves that is exciting. Happy weekend to you too 🤗😊🙋♂️
Oh, I agree! Very exciting!
Thank you, my dear Ashley.
You too enjoy a beautiful weekend! 🌷😌

Fabulous shots, Marina!
Very inspiring; both decaying and budding.
We have a lot to glean from nature.
Thank you for this, Dahling!

A lovely tribute to the cycle of life!
I saw these during one walk, just a few meters away from eachother. What an extraordinary cycle it is. Thank you, my dear Liz. xoxo
Well shoot! Your photos are lovely signs of spring. The leaf with lace is beautiful.
Thank you, my friend! It was the first time I saw fig leaves sprout. That lace caught my eye.
