Στους αντίποδες τρόπον τινά του Spiral, το See You Later, άλμπουμ του 1980, είναι από τα πιο “ανθρώπινα” άλμπουμ του Vangelis, με γερές δόσεις prog-fusion. Είναι επίσης και απ’ τα πιο εμπνευσμένα, με τον συνθέτη σε τοπ φόρμα : το Chariots Of Fire και το Βlade Runner ανήκαν στα αμέσως επόμενά του βήματα – το “Memories Of Green” [Blade Runner] προήλθε απ’ το See You Later.
Ο Jon Anderson δανείζει τη φωνή του στο δεύτερο και τρίτο απ’ τα κομμάτια που ακούμε.

In contrast to Spiral, See You Later, released in 1980, is one of Vangelis’ most “human” albums, with strong doses of prog-fusion.
It is also one of his most inspired, the composer being in top form: Chariots Of Fire and Black Runner were among his next steps – “Memories Of Green” [Blade Runner] came from See You Later.
Jon Anderson is lending his voice on the second and third of the songs we hear.
