Ας την ξεκινήσουμε όσο πιο ‘θριαμβευτικά’ γίνεται.
Δύσκολα γίνεται πιστευτό ακούγοντάς τα, αλλά ο Frédéric Chopin [φωτό, 1849], έγραψε αυτά τα κομμάτια για εκπαιδευτικούς σκοπούς, για την βελτίωση της τεχνικής του σολίστα.
Οι Σπουδές του αποτελούν έκτοτε ένα από τα σημαντικότερα έργα της πιανιστικής φιλολογίας. Ακούμε 5 από την πρώτη δωδεκάδα, έργο 10.

Unbelievable as it may seem hearing them, Frédéric Chopin [photo, 1949] wrote these pieces for educational purpose, in terms of improving the soloist’s technique.
Since then, his Studies are considered among the most important works written for piano. We hear 5 from the first 12 of them, op. 10.
