Laurence Olivier once stated that films such as Hamlet, Henry V or Richard III, directed & starring himself, would be …”terribly dull” without the music of his friend William Walton. It goes without saying that we “know better”. But the quote gives an idea of how fond he was of the composers work. We hear the ghost scene from the WW soundtrack for Hamlet.

Enjoy!

As always, I’m happy to hear your thoughts, however I’d highly recommend a direct dialogue with the …’source’ [why comments are closed here], so please visit Oannes’ page where you can also listen to the music!
