A couple of days before each month I paint a tree [at least what I perceive to be a tree] with the specific month in mind. No roughs, no sketches, no planning.

It’s a prefect tree for October. Laurie’s mom turned 90 today. Laurie’s parents are celebrating their 70th anniversary on the 17th.

We partied like it was 1999 last night. Most of us were sagging by 11:00 pm, but Laurie’s mom was all awake and having a great time. I didn’t get a post done until 11:30. I’m tired today.
