Among the musicians we remember this month, here’s James Williamson, iconic Stooges guitarist on 1973’s Raw Power [responsible for all album tracks along with Iggy Pop], and also collaborator of Iggy’s on some of his solo albums.
We hear a song from Pop & Williamson’s album “Kill City” of 1977.

❝ Ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh
Ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh
Ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh
Ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh
Lord, I feel
I feel, feel so old today
I feel used and wasted
I ain’t got no way
I got nothing
Got nothing to say
I got nothing
Got nothing to say
I got nothing
Lord, how I feel so wasted today
I feel damned, I feel screwed
And I got about one more day to live
I got nothing
Got nothing to say
I got nothing
Got nothing to say
Ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh (I got nothing)
Ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh (nothing to say)
Ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh
Ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh
Nothing
Nothing
Nothing
I got nothing to say
Nothing to do
Nowhere to go
Except to you
I got nothing
I say you’re rising
Coming down the road
You’re afraid
You’re afraid of what you know
One bag of silver
One bag of gold
One bag of gold
One bag of gold
One bag of gold
Nothing❞

Enjoy!

As always, I’m happy to hear your thoughts, however I’d highly recommend a direct dialogue with the …’source’ [why comments are closed here], so please visit Oannes’ page where you can also listen to the song!
