Time for one of Chopin’s “undisputed” authorities, which we hear in the most famous, and justifiable, of his Nocturnes. The leading Polish-Jewish, later American pianist Arthur Rubinstein performs Nocturne No. 1 in B flat minor, Op. 9 No. 1.
