Το νέο άλμπoυμ του θρυλικού noise τρίο, To All Trains, επρόκειτο να είναι και το κύκνειο άσμα τους : ο Steve Albini, κιθαρίστας – lead singer (από τους διαμορφωτές του εναλλακτικού ήχου των late ‘80s και εντεύθεν, παραγωγός & sound engineer αναρίθμητων άλμπουμ για καλλιτέχνες όπως οι Pixies, Jesus Lizard, Fugazi, Nirvana, PJ Harvey) πέθανε από καρδιακή προσβολή στην ηλικία των 61, λίγες μέρες πριν από την κυκλοφορία του.

The new album by legendary noise trio, To All Trains, was to be their swan song: guitarist – lead singer Steve Albini (one of the shapers of the alternative sound of late ’80s and beyond, producer & sound engineer of countless albums for artists such as the Pixies, Jesus Lizard, Fugazi, Nirvana, PJ Harvey etc.) died of a heart attack at the age of 61, a few days before its release.
We listen to some tracks from To All Trains, including the creepy – as it turned out – album’s finale.
