I find trees split by the wind (or lightning) sad, too.
It’s terrible. On the bright side, this olive tree will survive, albeit with a big limb missing, but it will survive.

The winds are like whirling Dervishes when it comes to kicking down trees. Those dastardly Derishes would be no march for the mighty Manager. So sad when trees are split by the wind.
