Happy Aquamarina Three …aka March!

Happy March, everyone!

March 1st sunrise as I see it from my window
Moon Phase: Waxing Gibbous Visible: 100%↑ Age: 14 days
March begins with a Full Moon, or …Worm Moon. Yes, it is the time of the worms and also it’s the last Full Moon before Spring Equinox, and guess what, we’re having a second Full Moon in March – like January!
[check my calendar page below]
For info on this March and the number 3, check my “Aquamarina Three”
March is the third month, hence my illustration of Aquamarina Three, which is in my 2018 calendar

This year I did a quick drawing of my March / number 3 and here it is:

and one more shot of today’s sunrise… well, trust me, the sun is hiding behind those clouds!  😉

My next posts will be about February and events I missed out on due to my absence.

Enjoy this beautiful month.

  1. Yellow, green, and blue… I had a bruise like that once. It happened this way: I went to the Mt. Olympus Art Museum. I was looking at a Kanavaki, was overcome with emotion, and fainted. When I came to, I had a bruise on my head, and the curator was saying: “Here’s a free dish of ambrosia. Go sit down somewhere and eat it, and please don’t sue us…” 🚅🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨👽👽👽👽😊

    • Nothing like the bump on my head, acquired right after reading your comment! I jumped for joy but the ceiling weren’t tall enough! 😉 By the way, the curator sends unlimited quantities of ambrosia!!! 😊🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨🍨…

  2. Pretty pastels of joyful colors for March. Your paintings always look joyful and bright. These are no exception, Marina. Your creativity always showcases movement while emanating a shining glow as is your spirit. Happy March and creativity …. 😍😘😄

    • So good to see you, my dear Isadora! I’ve been on a blog hiatus for some time. Thank you so much for your lovely words. You always bring the sunshine with you! Have a wonderful March and enjoy the coming of Spring! 🙂 xoxoxoxoxoxo😘😘

      • It’s been beautiful weather here. In the low 70’s with no humidity which makes it feel even cooler. It’s a nice change. Of course, our sun is shining. I can’t help but spread the sunshine when it’s right before my eyes. It’s always a pleasure to see you artwork and marvel at your creativity. Much Hugs 😄🌞🌴🌸🌼😍

    • Aww, thank you, my dear Christy! I’m not sure these quick ones will compile a calendar, but I have actually started designing my 2019 calendar! 😉 Have a wonderful month, my friend! 🙂 xxxx

    • There is no way of knowing however we think it may be April or May. She was rescued at about 2yrs old and there’s no way of knowing as she must have been out on the streets wandering for months. We were the ones who microchipped her, so no previous records… We only have her Gotcha Day, “June 18, 2016”! xoxoxoxxoxoxoxxoxoxo

    • Thank you, my dear Frank! It was a quick painting, a zen approach to number 3 using the colors of the month. Fun to do! Happy March, my friend and enjoy the Full Moon tonight! 🙂
