Klark Kent was the name of the band with whom Police drummer Stewart Copeland [born on this date, July 16, 1952] released a single titled “Don’t Care” in 1978. The album by the same name would be released two years later.
We hear it amid a few more “classic” singles from that same year, starting with The Damned and ending with The Teardrop Explodes.◼︎
