More about these reblogs
Lately I have been rebloging music videos from Oannes new blog. For my friends who didn’t know, or wonder why…. Oannes [aka Socratis Papahatzis] is my husband, partner in life and music and the one with my undying admiration. Together we have a band MK-O [the music of Marina Kanavaki & Oannes]. So, it’s my pleasure to share with you his [and mine] musical selections. • Although here I reblog mainly his musical selections, he writes exceptional articles on various topics [some may need translation], so do visit his site. He has my highest recommendation!

Great piece of work though I prefer his Quartet for the End of Time 🙂
…also brilliant! 🙂 🙂
Messiaen is one of my favorite composers. I’ve seen some of his works live and really want an Ondes Martenot 😉 Interesting that this complex music is being played by kids (OK, youth) in this video.
…for you: [although I’m pretty sure you’ve already seen it! ;-)] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yy9UBjrUjwo
I’ve seen demos of the ondes martenot, but I don’t think I’ve seen that one. thanks.
As a Trekky, I found the ending to be an added bonus! 😉
yes, that was great, starting with the little duet with the french horn.
